A typical day at Hawks Basketball Camp:
12:15pm - arrive early and shoot around with other campers/counselors
12:30pm - Attendance, stretch, shadow drills, fingertip drills, meet with your assigned counselor, "Slurpee Shootout"
1:00pm - Fundamental Skill Stations: 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, contests, strength training (age appropriate)
2:00pm - Guest speakers - instructional motivators
2:30pm - Games/Full Court
3:00pm - Shooting games, "knockout", 3pt. shot
3:30pm - closing remarks, review skills learned, and "Crazy Olympic" team games
PLUS: Water breaks, bathroom breaks, and POPSICLE BREAKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Camp Highlights:
Prizes will be awarded for free throw shooting, knockout, one/one champs, and team game winners
